Payment and delivery

How to place an order?

• Ordering on the website.  Each user has the opportunity to place an order independently by selecting the products of interest from the catalog and adding them to the cart.
• By phone.  If for some reason you do not want or cannot place an order on the website, you can contact us and order the goods by phone.
• If you have any difficulties with your order or questions about the products, you can always contact us and get answers to all your questions!

Payment for orders

• Payment by card or account.  The buyer is given the card number to which the order will be paid. We kindly ask you to notify us of this in any way convenient for you after paying for the order.
• Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt).  There is a possibility of paying by cash on delivery at the office of the carrier selected for delivery of the order. In this case, the buyer pays for the transfer of money.

Order delivery

• Orders are delivered by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Orders are delivered exclusively within Ukraine.
  Delivery costs from 60 UAH if prepaid by card or from 90 UAH if paid at the post office (delivery cost + refund fee).
• Free delivery is available for orders over 2000 hryvnias (except for wholesale orders). Please note that free delivery is only available to Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branches, home delivery is charged for any order amount.
• When placing an order, the client must provide a convenient method of payment and delivery, the address of the nearest post office, and the contact details of the direct recipient of the parcel.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day!

Please check the parcel for damage without leaving the post office. If the parcel is damaged due to the fault of the carrier company, you are entitled to financial compensation! Do you have any questions? – Call us, we are always happy to help!
